Advised on and negotiated a settlement between a disponent owner and a charterer for a dispute regarding late arrival at Chennai port.
Advised on a dispute for non-performance of a charter party by the charterer.
Advised on a dispute between the ground handling company and the air-carrier for non-payent of the fuel bills.
Acted as an arbitrator in a dispute between the ship owners for the delay in delivery of the cargo of the charterers.
